Opening of liquidation proceedings for ORLEN International Exploration & Production Company BV

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 26 June 2015 shareholders of ORLEN International Exploration & Production Company BV, headquartered in Amsterdam, adopted a resolution regarding its liquidation with effect on 26 June 2015 as well as appointing of Mr Grzegorz Derecki as the liquidator of ORLEN International Exploration & Production Company BV. The resolution must be registered by the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam.

ORLEN International Exploration & Production Company BV was established for holding purposes for production and exploration project on Latvian shelf. Due to closure of the project further operations of the company were unfounded.

ORLEN Upstream Sp. z o.o. owns 100% of the registered capital of ORLEN International Exploration & Production BV. PKN ORLEN S.A. owns 100% of the registered capital of ORLEN Upstream Sp. z o.o.
