Shareholders with at least 5% of votes at EGM of PKN ORLEN

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") discloses the list of shareholders who had a right to exercise at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of PKN ORLEN which was originally convened on 24 January 2017 (“EGM”) together with the number of votes held by each shareholder and percentage share in the votes represented at the EGM and in the total number of votes.
