Mr Sławomir Jędrzejczyk will not stand for re-election for the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board Member for the next term of office
PKN ORLEN S.A. ("Company") announces that on 26 June 2017 Mr Sławomir Jędrzejczyk, Vice-President of the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board, Chief Financial Officer submitted a statement that he will not stand for re-election for the position of the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board Member for the next, three-year term of office, starting from the day after the day of the PKN ORLEN S.A. Shareholders Meeting convened for 30 June 2017.
Mr Sławomir Jędrzejczyk was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. in June 2008. On 18 September 2008 he became Vice-President of the Management Board.
