Mr Wiesław Protasewicz resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member
PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 29 June 2017 Mr Wiesław Protasewicz submitted to the Company a statement of resignation from the position of PKN ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board Member with the effect from 29 June 2017. He justified his decision with a fact that he candidates to the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board.
Mr Wiesław Protasewicz held the position of the independent member of PKN ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board. He was also a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Committee for Strategy and Development of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
