Mr Artur Gabor resigned with the effect from 1 September 2017 from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member
PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 13 July 2017 Mr Artur Gabor submitted to the Company a statement of resignation from the position of PKN ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board Member with the effect from 1 September 2017.
Mr Artur Gabor holds the position of the independent member of PKN ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board. He is also a Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Committee for Strategy and Development, as well as member of CSR Committee of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
