Registration of PKN ORLEN series A bonds in KDPW

PKN ORLEN S.A. hereby informs that on 4 October 2017 the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (“KDPW”) has adopted a resolution regarding registration on 6 October 2017 of 2 000 000 series A bonds, with the unit nominal value of PLN 100, issued within the public bond issue programme, included in the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 20 July 2017. The bonds will be registered under the ISIN code PLPKN0000158.
