The unified text of the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN

 The Management Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. ("Company") announces that it has been informed that on 7 March 2018 the unified text of the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN (“Articles of Association”), which includes changes approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of PKN ORLEN held on 2 February 2018 (“EGM”), were registered in the register of entrepreneurs (decree of the District Court no. WA.XIV NS-REJ.KRS/5004/18/984).

According to information obtained by PKN ORLEN the District Court registered amendment of § 2 item 2 of the Articles of Association, i.e. adding points 71-88.

At the same time PKN ORLEN informs that the list of adopted amendments and unified text of the Articles of Association established by the EGM were published as attachment to regulatory announcement no 13/2018 dated 2 February 2018.

The unified text of the Articles of Association, including changes referred to above, is attached hereto regulatory announcement.
