Registration of PKN ORLEN series D bonds in Central Securities Depository of Poland

PKN ORLEN S.A. hereby informs that on 13 June 2018 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (“KDPW”) has issued a statement on conclusion of the agreement with PKN ORLEN S.A. regarding registration in a securities depository of 2 000 000 series D bonds, with the unit nominal value of PLN 100, issued within the public bond issue programme, included in the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 20 July 2017. The registration date was set for 15 June 2018. The bonds will be registered under the ISIN code PLPKN0000182.
