Break in the PKN ORLEN Ordinary General Meeting

("PKN ORLEN") announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PKN ORLEN (“OGM”) on 26 June 2018 has adopted the resolution regarding announcement of break in the Ordinary General Meeting by 17 July 2018, 11.00 a.m. The OGM will be continued in Plock, Dom Technika, 41, Kazimierza Wielkiego Street.
