Shareholders with at least 5% of votes at OGM of PKN ORLEN

PKN ORLEN S.A. ("Company") discloses the list of shareholders who had a right to exercise at least 5% of votes at the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting on 17 July 2018 continuing the meeting from 26 June 2018 (“OGM”) together with the number of votes held by each shareholder and percentage share in the votes represented at the OGM and in the total number of votes.
