Mr Mateusz Bochacik resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that Mr Mateusz Henryk Bochacik resigned with the effect from 15 February 2019 from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member. Mr Bochacik justified his resignation by personal reasons that prevent further effective carrying out of the Company’s Supervisory Board member mandate.
