Mr Wiesław Protasewicz has been dismissed from the PKN ORLEN Management Board

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A., following its meeting on 28 November 2019, has dismissed Mr Wiesław Protasewicz from the Company’s Management Board with the effect from 28 November 2019.
