PKN ORLEN Management Board proposal regarding coverage of PKN ORLEN net loss for 2020
PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that the Company’s Management Board decided to recommend to the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting to cover the unconsolidated PKN ORLEN net loss for financial year 2020 in the amount of PLN 2 355 671 374,21 with supplementary capital of the Company.
The Management Board recommendation will be presented to PKN ORLEN’s Ordinary General Meeting, which will make the final decision in this issue.
