Mr Dominik Kaczmarski resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 2 June 2021 Mr Dominik Kaczmarski submit a resignation with the effect from the end of 6 June 2021 from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member.
