The loan agreement between PKN ORLEN S.A. and the European Investment Bank

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) informs that on 17 December 2021 it concluded with the European Investment Bank a long-term loan agreement (“Loan agreement”) for the amount of EUR 180 m. The purpose of the loan is partial financing of ORLEN Group investments which supports its sustainable development. The tranches disbursed under the Loan agreement may be repaid in the period up to 11 years from the disbursement of the last tranche.
