Notification from a Shareholder – the State Treasury of shareholding change in PKN ORLEN 

PKN ORLEN S.A. („PKN ORLEN”, „Company”) informs that the Company received a notification from a Shareholder – the State Treasury, about a decrease of share in the total number of votes in PKN ORLEN, from 35,66% to 31,14%. 

Before the change, the State Treasury, represented by the Minister of State Assets, held 223 414 424 of PKN ORLEN shares, which constituted 35.66% of the share capital of the Company and entitled to 223 414 424 of votes at the Company General Meeting, which constituted 35.66% of the total number of votes.

Currently, the State Treasury, represented by the Minister of State Assets, holds 195 092 264 PKN ORLEN shares, which constitutes 31.14% of the share capital of the Company and entitles to exercise 195 092 264 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constitutes 31.14% of the total number of votes.
