Ms Janina Goss has been removed from the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 13 December 2023 the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association removed Ms Janina Goss from the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.
