Mr Wojciech Popiołek has been removed from the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 6 February 2024 the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association removed effective from today Mr Wojciech Popiołek from the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A. of the current term of office.
