Supplementing information on the appointment of Mr Wojciech Popiołek to the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) in addition to the regulatory announcement  no. 3/2024 as of January 25, 2024, provides information on Mr Wojciech Popiołek, appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company. 

Mr Wojciech Popiołek submitted statement that he is not involved in any activity competitive with ORLEN S.A. and is not a partner of any competitive civil law partnership, partnership, capital company, is not a member of any board of a competitive capital company. He also stated that he is not on the list of insolvent debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
