Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 25 April 2024 the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association appointed effective today Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski to the ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board of the current term of office.
