(“Company”) informs that the Company’s shareholder, the State Treasury in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A., convened for 5 June 2025, the agenda of which consists of among others the point regarding appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board, submitted the following persons as candidates for members of ORLEN Supervisory Board:

·         Mr Michał Gajdus,

·         Ms Katarzyna Łobos,

·         Ms Ewa Gąsiorek,

·         Mr Kazimierz Mordaszewski,

·         Mr Mikołaj Pietrzak,

·         Mr Tomasz Zieliński,

·         Mr Piotr Wielowieyski,

·         Mr Marian Sewerski.
