Purchase of the Company’s shares by the President of ORLEN Management Board

ORLEN S.A. ("Company") informs that on 17 June 2025 the Company received from Mr Ireneusz Fąfara, the President of ORLEN Management Board a notification of the purchase of ORLEN S.A. shares.
