Repeal of decision to dismiss the appeal against the judgment in the case of non-existence of a resolution of the PGNiG EGM

ORLEN S.A. (“ORLEN”, “Company”) informs that the Court of Appeal in Łódź - I Civil Division repealed the previously issued decision to dismiss the appeal against the judgment in the case of non-existence of a resolution no 3/2022 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG S.A. as of 10 October 2022 on the merger of the Company with PGNiG S.A. and consent to the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of ORLEN ("Resolution").
