Mr. Przemysław Ciszak has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 22 August 2025 the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association appointed effective today Mr. Przemysław Ciszak to the ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board of the current term of office.

Mr. Przemysław Ciszak

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed postgraduate studies in European Union Law at Birmingham University in the United Kingdom, postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Warsaw University, a tax advisor course, as well as numerous courses and training programs in legal sciences and management.

Between 2002 and 2007, he worked at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and then at the Government Legislation Centre, where he was involved, among others, with projects in the field of regional policy, transport and energy. Then, from 2008 to 2018, he headed the legal and ownership supervision department of PKP CARGO S.A., PKP S.A. and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A.

Since 2018, he has been practicing as an independent legal advisor, and since April 2025, he has served as Managing Director for Corporate Affairs at the Industrial Development Agency S.A. Currently he holds the position of the General Director at the Ministry of the State Assets.

He specializes in market regulation issues, with particular emphasis on transport, energy, and real estate. He served as a member of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the National Chamber of Legal Advisors.

Mr. Przemysław Ciszak submitted statement that he is not involved in any activity competitive with ORLEN S.A. and is not a partner of any competitive civil law partnership, partnership, capital company. Moreover, he declared that he holds the position of the Supervisory Board Member of Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic sp. z o.o., operating in the energy sector, the business of which may be partially competitive with ORLEN. He also stated that he is not on the list of insolvent debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
