Ms Magdalena Bartoś and Mr Artur Osuchowski have been dismissed from the Management Board of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that the Company’s Supervisory Board decided to dismiss Ms Magdalena Bartoś from the position of the Vice-president of the Company’s Management Board, Financials and Mr Artur Osuchowski from the position of the Member of the Company’s Management Board with effect from the end of the day 27 August 2025.
