(“Company”) announces that on 27 October 2025 the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association dismissed as of the end of 27 October 2025 Mr Przemysław Ciszak from the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.
