Changes in ORLEN Supervisory Board composition

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that in connection with the proceedings of the Extraordinary General Meeting as of 28 October 2025, Mr Mikołaj Pietrzak has resigned on 29 October 2025 from the position of the Company’s Supervisory Board Member with an immediate effect.
