Correction of regulatory announcement no 67/2025 as of 15 December 2025

ORLEN S.A. (“ORLEN”, “Company”) provides a correction resulting from a typographical error in regulatory announcement no 67/2025 published on 15 December 2025, regarding the validity date of the counteroffer received today by the Company from Grupa Azoty S.A.

It was:

“The Counteroffer is valid until 31 March 2026, and the completion of the transaction is expected (as in the case of the ORLEN Offer) by 30 June 2026.”

It should be:

“The Counteroffer is valid until 28 March 2026, and the completion of the transaction is expected (as in the case of the ORLEN Offer) by 30 June 2026.”

The remaining content of regulatory announcement no 67/2025 remains unchanged.
