Change in the manner of termination of the legal existence of ORLEN Olefiny Sp. z o.o.

ORLEN S.A. informs that it has decided to change the manner of termination of the legal existence of ORLEN Olefiny Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the ORLEN Group. The form of merger announced by the Company in the regulatory announcement no 15/2025 dated 22 April 2025, will be replaced by the dissolution of ORLEN Olefiny Sp. z o.o.
