Admission of GMTN bonds from the tap issuance of series C to trading on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin

ORLEN S.A. (“ORLEN”) announces that on 17 March 2026, 1,250 registered bonds with a total nominal value of USD 250 000 000 were admitted to trading on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin.

The bonds were issued as part of the second tranche of series C bonds under the global medium term note programme (“GMTN”).
