Mr Paweł Wojtunik appointed to the ORLEN S.A. Management Board

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 25 February 2026 the Company’s Supervisory Board appointed Mr Paweł Wojtunik for the position of Member of the Management Board, Security and Risk, for the common term of office commencing on the day following the expiration of the currently ongoing common term of office of the Company’s Management Board, i.e. on the day following the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company approving the financial statement for 2025.

Mr Paweł Wojtunik

An expert in security and management of institutions of key national importance. He has experience in managing large organisations and implementing complex operational projects, as well as in effective team management. He has unique competences at the intersection of public administration, state services and the financial sector.

From 2009 to 2015, he served as Head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), where he was responsible for managing one of the key state institutions in the area of anti-corruption and supervising strategic proceedings of national importance. Previously, he spent several years working with the Police, including the organised crime division of the National Police Headquarters and the Central Investigation Bureau, where he held managerial positions. He gained international experience while serving at Scotland Yard in the United Kingdom.  In 2016, he became an advisor to the Prime Minister of Moldova on behalf of the European Union, supporting institutional and anti-corruption reforms.

In 2024, he was appointed Vice-President of Kredobank in Ukraine, a bank belonging to the PKO BP capital group.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and the Police Academy in Szczytno – certified officer in the field of public order and security protection.

Mr Paweł Wojtunik submitted statement that he will not be involved in any activity outside ORLEN S.A. including activity competitive with ORLEN S.A. and is not and will not be partner of any competitive civil law partnership, partnership, capital company, is not member of any board of a competitive capital company. He also stated that he is not on the list of insolvent debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
