Dismissal of the statement of claim for annulment of the resolution of Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that the District Court in Łódź, X Commercial Division, has dismissed in whole the statement of claim filed by the Company’s shareholder for annulment or repeal of the resolution no 13 adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 25 June 2024 on discharge of the member of the Company’s Management Board, Mr Adam Burak of liability for his activities in 2023.
