ORLEN Management Board recommendation regarding dividend payment

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) informs that it decided to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting dividend payment in the amount of PLN 8,00 per one share, i.e. PLN 9,3 bn.

The Management Board proposes 18 June 2026 as the dividend record date and 25 June 2026 as the dividend payment date.

The Management Board’s proposal will be presented to the Ordinary General Meeting, which will make the final decision on this matter.
