Decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. regarding dividend payment

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. as of 9 June 2026 decided to allocate a total of PLN 9 287 536 392,00 to the dividend payment i.e. PLN 8.00 per share.

The Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN determined:

- 18 June 2026 as the dividend day and

- 25 June 2026 as the dividend payment date.

All Company’s shares are covered by the dividend payout (1 160 942 049 shares).
