Admission of series E eurobonds to trading on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin

ORLEN S.A. (“ORLEN”) announces that on 7 July 2026 7500 series E registered bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 750 000 000 were admitted to trading on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin.

The bonds were issued under the global medium term note programme (“GMTN”).
