Shareholders with at least 5% of votes at OGM of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 17 August 2026 the District Court in Łódź, XX Commercial Department of the National Court Register registered an amendment to the Articles of Association of ORLEN, adopted by the resolution no 35 of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting as of 9 June 2026.

The Court registered an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association concerning the scope of the Company’s business activities; following the amendment Art. 2.2 of the Articles of Association reads as follows:
