ORLEN in Your Portfolio: joining the programme has never been easier

ORLEN shareholders can now join ORLEN in Your Portfolio directly via a form available on the programme website, regardless of the brokerage firm where they hold their account. More than 37,000 retail investors already participate. In 2025, the average total return on ORLEN shares for programme participants exceeded 120%.

‘ORLEN in Your Portfolio gives our shareholders additional value. We want even more investors to take advantage of the benefits available, which is why they can now register directly through the programme site. This is another step in strengthening our shareholder relations and making ORLEN shares even more attractive as an investment. This year, we paid a record dividend for 2025 of PLN 8 per share, adding up to a total of PLN 9.3 billion. Our shareholders can benefit from ORLEN’s performance and growth, while also enjoying additional advantages offered by the programme,’ says Jakub Frejlich, Head of the ORLEN Investor Relations Office.

ORLEN has more than 170,000 retail shareholders, who together hold approximately 5% of the Company’s share capital. Their holdings are currently worth close to PLN 9 billion. Until now, investors could join ORLEN in Your Portfolio only through one of the six cooperating brokerage firms, meaning the programme was available to roughly half of ORLEN’s retail shareholder base. Now, investors holding at least 50 ORLEN shares can also register independently by completing the form available on the programme website. Registration through participating brokerage firms remains available.

The programme delivers additional value to ORLEN shareholders. In 2025, the average total return on ORLEN shares for a programme participant was 123%. This reflected an approximately 104% increase in the share price, a dividend equivalent to around 13% of the initial investment value and programme benefits adding a further approximately 6%.

Running since 2018, ORLEN in Your Portfolio was the first shareholder loyalty scheme in Poland. It consists of two components: discounts available to shareholders and educational content open to everyone. Participants receive a discount of PLN 0.10 per litre on EFECTA fuels and LPG, PLN 0.15 per litre on VERVA fuels, and 10% off the price of non-fuel products available at ORLEN service stations. They can also access additional benefits linked to investment-focused events, including free access to otherwise paid e-books, training courses and workshops.
