Operation Clean River
The PGNiG Branch in Sanok, a member of the ORLEN Group, supports the Operation Clean River initiative organised by the Marian Pankowski Foundation under the Panko nad Sanem coordination team. The campaign aims to clean the San River valley and its tributaries of pollution caused by human activity.
As part of the initiative, kayaking trips and field clean-up events are organised for children, young people, schools, and residents of the Sanok and Lesko counties to jointly clean the river and its banks. In addition, educational meetings are held in schools to raise awareness among local communities about environmental pollution and the protection of the natural environment.
