In 2024, the sixth edition of the Eufonie International Music Festival of Central and Eastern Europe was held under the patronage of ORLEN. The event featured major works, early and contemporary music, experimental projects, transformations, and modern interpretations. For the first time, the 2024 edition of Eufonie expanded beyond Warsaw, with concerts also taking place in Kraków, Lusławice, Lublin, Katowice, and Dębica. The Festival is distinguished by the diversity and richness of its repertoire.
The National Centre for Culture, organiser of the Festival, aims to attract both classical music enthusiasts and younger audiences seeking new sounds and alternative forms of musical expression. The event featured world-class artists from Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Armenia, England, France, Germany, the United States, and Switzerland, performing a wide range of works, from medieval compositions to contemporary pieces and electronic interpretations of traditional motifs.
