ORLEN Upstream North Africa B.V. (OUNA), headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands is a subsidiary of the ORLEN Group. Established on 4 February 2008, the company operates in Libya through its Libya Branch located in the Janzour district of Tripoli.
We are an operator of 113 License Area (blocks 1 and 2) in the Murzuq basin (SW Libya). Our commitment under EPSA is the acquisition of the 1500 km2 of 3D, 3000 km of 2D seismic surveys as well as drilling of 8 wildcat wells.
