The mFLOTA ORLEN mobile app is an innovative solution, that enables to conduct fleet transactions directly by the fuel pump. The mFLOTA ORLEN expands the functionalities of currently existing physical fleet cards. It provides a new method of a card use, without any changes in record-keeping and accounts of the proceeded transactions.
How to activate mFLOTA ORLEN in MIKROFLOTA?
01.
On the fleet portal:
- Check the box to sign an agreement for mFLOTA ORLEN use
- Accept terms and conditions of mobile transactions service within mFLOTA ORLEN
- Set up the proper card configuration - assign card numbers, which should be covered by the service
02.
On your phone:
- Download our mobile app from a chosen app store
- Register your fleet card in the mobile app; it should be possible to proceed approx. 30 minutes after the assignment of phone numbers in the fleet portal
How to activate mFLOTA ORLEN in FLOTA?
01.
Sign a proper agreement for mobile transactions service within mFLOTA ORLEN
02.
Scan the agreement and send the copy to your fleet account manager
03.
After receiving an e-mail with a confirmation of the launch of the service, sign in on the fleet portal and:
- Accept terms and conditions of mobile transactions service within mFLOTA ORLEN
- Set up the proper card configuration - assign card numbers, which should be covered by the service
04.
On your phone:
- download our mobile app from a chosen app store
- register your fleet card in the mobile app; it should be possible to proceed approx. 30 minutes after the assignment of phone numbers in the fleet portal
