Supplementing information on the appointment of Ms Janina Goss to the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) in addition to the regulatory announcement  no. 1/2023 as of January 11, 2023, provides information on Ms Janina Goss, appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Ms Janina Goss

Ms Janina Goss is a graduate of Law Faculty at the University of Łódź. She holds the title of legal counsel.

Since 2016, Ms Janina Goss has been a member of the Supervisory Board of PGE S.A. Since 2012, she has held a position of Management Board member in Srebrna Sp. z o. o. From 2016 to 2022, she was a Supervisory Board member in BOŚ S.A. In 2009-2010 she was a Supervisory Board member in Polskie Radio S.A. In 2006-2009, she was a Supervisory Board member in TVP S.A., including the position of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board for about 2 years.

In the years 1990-2003 she was member of the Local Government Appeal Council in Łódź, in the years 1991-2003 she was a legal counsel at the Provincial Inspectorate of Environmental Protection in Łódź.

Ms Janina Goss submitted a written statement that she does not perform any other activity competitive to PKN ORLEN S.A., nor is she a partner in competitive civil, partnership or capital companies, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of PGE S.A., which conducts activity partially competitive to PKN ORLEN S.A.

She also submitted a statement that she is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (i.e., Journal of Laws 2022, item 1683, as amended).
