Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) is produced in a technology developed by ORLEN Unipetrol in cooperation with the University of Chemical Technology in Prague, Czech Republic.
Application
DCPD is widely used in the automotive, construction, electrical, medical and pharmaceutical industries. DCPD can be used for the further production of polymeric materials, resins or other chemicals that are used in the production of adhesives, dyes, automotive components, optical fibers, medical components, packaging materials and sanitary ware.
