Responsible governance

Sustainable development and management of climate and environment-related issues are rooted in the management structures of the ORLEN Group. As a mature and large company, we are aware of our impact on the surroundings: on climate, environment and people. This obliges us to introduce changes in such a way that sustainable development guides all our activities. We must build flexible structures capable of acting quickly and responding to current challenges. ORLEN, as part of its corporate governance policy, ensures transparent relations with stakeholders. We ensure proper communication with investors, analysts and other capital market participants, pursuing a transparent information policy. We provide easy and equal access to published information.
