PKN ORLEN – partner of The Corporate Governance in Public Companies Conference
On 29th September the Warsaw Stock Exchange will witness a conference held under the banner “Corporate Governance in Public Companies”. Dariusz Grebosz, IR Director at PKN ORLEN, will participate in a discussion panel entitled “The Role and Responsibility of the Management & Supervisory Boards, Reporting Standards within Companies, Client Relationships, Access to Financial Resources.”
The Conference at the Warsaw Stock Exchange has been organized by the State Treasury and Polish Institute of Directors and is aimed at discussing the shape of the corporate governance in state owned companies and entities in which the State Treasury holds a stake.
The meeting will serve as a platform for sharing both domestic and international experience in relation to international standards, such as the OECD guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises.
Tomorrow’s conference is another meeting within a series held under the theme “Corporate Governance Forum”.
