Educational meetings at the PGNiG Branch in Zielona Góra
Visits by school and kindergarten groups to the PGNiG Branch headquarters have become a long-standing tradition. The meetings are educational and informative, offering visitors the opportunity to learn about hydrocarbon exploration and production, view crude oil and rock core samples, as well as sulphur and a replica of an oil lamp.
At the permanent exhibition in the Branch’s display hall, visitors can also see a model of Poland’s largest natural gas extraction facility, along with examples of drilling and production equipment, including a model of a pumpjack.
The meetings are held under the themes “Become an Oil Miner,” “My Mum, My Dad Work Here,” and “Treasures of the Lubusz Region.”
