ORLEN as the sponsor of athletics
ORLEN has been a sponsor of the Polish Athletics Association (PZLA) since 2010. The ORLEN brand has for many years accompanied Polish athletes and has been featured in the titles of major athletics events held in the country, including the Polish Championships organised both in outdoor stadiums and indoor arenas. ORLEN supports individual athletes, including Anita Włodarczyk, a three-time Olympic champion, and Paweł Fajdek, a five-time world champion.
ORLEN is the Title Sponsor of Poland’s most prestigious athletics meetings. The Company’s support extends to the youngest athletes as well, including participants in grassroots sports development programmes such as Athletics for Everyone and Olympic Hopes in Athletics. The Company is also a partner of the ORLEN Golden Spikes awards, which recognise the best athletes in Poland.
