Attribution of competences to members of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN
During its today's meeting the Management Board of PKN ORLEN has agreed on a new attribution of competences to each of its members. As a result:
Slawomir Golonka will be in charge of equity investments and M&As;
Krzysztof Kluzek will be in charge of retail and marketing;
Andrzej Macenowicz will be in charge of HR and management systems;
Jacek Strzelecki will be in charge of finance and economics, and
Janusz Wisniewski will be in charge of production and wholesale.
New competences of the Management Board members come into force and become effective on 4 May 2004.
