The outcome of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN

On March 12, 2004 the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN approved the technical and economic plan for the Company for the year 2004. The Board also considered the agenda item regarding ‘changes to the composition of the Management Board’ and decided not to perform any changes to the composition of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN.
