New duties within the Management Board
Following recent completion of the PKN ORLEN Management Board, on its yesterday summit the Board attributed new competences to Dariusz Witkowski, member of the Management Board appointed on 1st August 2005.
In PKN ORLEN Dariusz Witkowski will be responsible for the areas of the organization, administration and restructuring of the ORLEN Capital Group. His duties will also include implementation of the management by segments across the Group.
New duties within the Management Board will also allow Cezary Smorszczewski, V-ce President & Chief Investment Officer in PKN ORLEN to entirely focus on equity investments, including international assets management with a special concern given to the Unipetrol assets.
